cherry lake....w Freddy, his PT said speeds same on all, so Power prob similar..legs a little flat

R - 2:20:00 ez-mod ride, legs decent, but PM wasn't working, so probably not doing much power

F - 45' ez jog, woke up feeling a little sick and rundown?

- 2500 wetsuit; 1k swim; 1k paddles; 1500 swim (((6000 LCM)))...felt better as went - kept it all ez paced, felt better than this mornings ride, antibiotics working
- 30' jog TM after swim, felt better on swim but okay on this, just some time on the legs
